To employ different tradesmen can be an expensive job and very often you have to fit in with their timescale not yours, which means, you may have to wait for up to four weeks to complete the job in hand.

Border Services are a small family run business based in Craven Arms we offer a thorough professional service both in and outside.

Many properties are left in a perfect condition others unfortunately are left in an unsuitable condition to re-let. Border Services give a full and thorough inspection of the whole property including gardens, garages and out buildings, we give an assessment of work required and in which order the work is to be done. With a full team of skilled tradesmen at 24 hour notice including Electricians, Plumbers & Plasterers we endeavour to complete all remedial work within a seven day period, enabling you to accept tenants immediately. To offer this quick turnaround service we do not undertake major building works. A worksheet has to be agreed and signed off by the Landlord or their agent before work can commence! This also needs a final signature when all works are completed and inspected before an invoice is raised and payment received.
